Ceta Traders Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates Ceta Traders and its services across the EU, North America and Latin America. We are the data controller for personal data processed through cetatraders.com and its subdomains. Our independent products — Ceta Pay (cetapay.app) and Ceta Ship/Logistics (cetaship.com) — publish their own notices.

Account & identity data (name, email, organization, role); authentication data; business/trade records you create; communications; device & usage data (IP address, browser, log data); and cookies (see our Cookie Policy). We practise data minimisation — only what each feature needs.

• Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain and improve the platform.
• Consent — for optional cookies and marketing; withdrawable anytime.
• Legal obligation — KYB/AML, tax and accounting where applicable.

We share data only with processors acting on our instructions (hosting, communications, payments) under data-processing agreements, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

As a trans-Atlantic network we may transfer data between the EU, North America and Latin America. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Signed-in users can self-serve at Privacy & your data (export or delete your account), or email privacy@cetatraders.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS) and field-level encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method is 100% secure, but we work to industry standards.

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
